Five problems worth solving.
The Carovana doesn't fail. It ends.
Seven AI requests, one gap underneath them.
Sixty percent of BlaBlaCar trips happen in silence.
The display is stained with the drink it sells.
The game mechanic is the exercise, not a reward bolted on top.
How I argue a design decision.
Most briefs arrive pre-solved. I map the system first (actors, cycles, constraints), then check whether the stated problem is the real one.
When research isn't available, find another source. If you can't ask people, ask the material.
A concept nobody can price is a picture, not a proposal. I cost what I propose.
ABOUT
A strategic designer who teaches design.

Every week I explain design decisions to students who don't share the vocabulary yet, and defend them when they push back. A client presentation is the same exercise in a harder room.
I work where systems thinking, organisational strategy and design research meet: deciding which problem is worth solving before deciding how to solve it.
TEACHING
At Toulouse Lautrec in Lima I teach Anthropometry and Ergonomics to undergraduate design students, and I have taught Digital Assembly.
Teaching made me better at the part of design that happens after the idea: making an argument clear to someone who doesn't share your vocabulary.
